DeAnn is 4 years in recovery from Substance Use Disorder. She has 20 years of experience in healthcare sales, but recently committed her next act to her heart’s work: recovery. She is the creator and host of the Show Up and Stay podcast. She is also spearheading a project for local outreach in the Salt Lake area to build more diverse long term recovery resources in the community. She loves learning, writing, yoga, crafting, camping, hiking, and spending time with her family.
Craig Knighton

Craig is an old engineer with a new lease on life — bringing mobile technology solutions to life to help people get and stay healthy. His two cats are kind enough to let him live in Minnesota on the banks of the Mississippi River with his high school sweetheart, Tracy, and is still building software because he loves it.

Katie is a creative storyteller dedicated to cultivating content and space that nourishes the mind, generates self reflection and expression, and connects people to the world around them. She loves spending time in nature, music-making, and any cat cuddles she can get.
Amy Lapicola
Software Developer
Amy is a mathematician and a software developer who was born and raised in Georgia and currently lives in Wisconsin. She enjoys spending time with family, writing, painting, and reading.
