“I started preparations for this episode, with the intention of diving deep into the topic of forgiveness.  However, nothing that I came across in my research was as powerful to me as the words of today's guest. I was so moved by our conversation that it has been all I've been able to think about since we recorded it. In particular,  she talks openly about her experience of  awakening to the scope of racial injustice that has impacted her life, and gives some insight into how one can even begin to unravel this and move towards a space of acceptance and forgiveness. She is amazing.” —Host DeAnn Knighton
